Speaker: Dr. Frida Polli, CEO and co-founder of pymetrics

The human brain is inherently biased, and unconscious bias training has unfortunately proven to be ineffective. Instead of trying to change the human mind, we should instead design systems that remove bias from all employment decisions. A combination of process, accountability, transparency and technology can help us achieve the goal of unbiased employment systems.

Please note that the event organizers prohibit any attendees, including journalists, from audio/visual recording or distributing parts or all of the event program without prior written authorization.
