Some incidents of sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct may be resolved through an informal resolution process.
The informal resolution process does not involve a full investigation and does not result in a determination of whether a policy was or was not violated. If informal resolution is appropriate, an ODR Investigator, Title IX Resource Coordinator, or University Title IX Coordinator will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. It is important to remember that the informal resolution process is completely voluntary. Additional information about requesting an informal resolution is available in the applicable procedures.
