Harvard Policies

In response to changes in federal regulations, Harvard University adopted two interim policies on August 14, 2020 to address sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct occurring on or after that date. The two interim policies are called the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and the Interim Other Sexual Misconduct Policy. Together, these interim policies continue to prohibit conduct addressed by University's previous policy, the Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Policy.
